When the basket is loaded on the carry-in roller and clamped, the basket is transported and brought in step by step by up-and-down lift and transfer, washed and dried, and taken out.
The fresh solution supplied from the automatic supply device to the rinse tank is overflowed to the ultrasonic tank, making it easy to exchange the cleaning solution/manage the cleaning solution/replenish the cleaning solution.
Basket loading/unloading is done in the same location, reducing the space occupied and having a time-saving effect due to less worker movement.

Description
When the basket is loaded on the carry-in conveyor, the transfer carrier operates to carry the basket, bring it in, wash/dry it, and transfer it to the carry-out conveyor.
The automatic opening and closing door device, which opens only while the basket is being transported, is attached to the upper part of the internal cleaning tank to prevent intrusion of foreign substances and heat loss as much as possible during cleaning.
It is an automatic facility that performs ultrasonic cleaning → rinse → steam cleaning/drying and gets a high cleaning effect by harmonizing ultra sonic and cleaning solution.
